Conceptual Model in Context of the Site - Wind and Memory

Following my initial conceptual model, I created another, similarly sized model to explore how the concpets could be integrated into an installation at the site (River Chelt site). The elements of my first model that I carried over were the wave, the blue colours, and the rock textures I used to make one of the elements in the first model. I also added in some reflective surfaces and mirrors to symbolise reflection and a space of contemplation. I am very happy with how this model turned out, especially the different textures and materials I explored by creating it. This model was created mainly using paper mache on a cardboard frame. I also used garden wire, scrunched up off cuts of tracing paper for the river, salt mixed with paint and PVA glue for the path texture, acrylic paints, and kitchen foil for the mirrors.
